SPIRO is useful for finding sources of images, authority work, and subject terms. Approximately 25% of SPIRO's content is available for licensing, including the Esherick, Lifchez, Stump, and Upton collections.

classroom instruction and reserves. Along with traditional fine art
images, such as painting, sculpture and architecture, the slide collection
also has representations from many other mediums, including film and
video stills, garden reference and theater. MARC records for slides
are searchable on ROGER, UCSD's library catalog.
